新农村建设中农村社区管理状况调查研究--以青岛市城阳区为例

摘要

农村社区建设和管理是统筹城乡发展的有效载体，文章以青岛市城阳区部分农村社区为例，对农村社区管理仍然存在的理念落后、公共服务薄弱、社区居民文明程度不高、资金匮乏、社区文化缺失等问题进行分析，并在此基础上提出了完善农村社区创新管理体制、优化公共资源、增强发展动力、强化社会教育的对策和建议。%Rural community construction and management is an effective carrier of urban and rural development as a whole. The article takes Qingdao Chengyang district some rural community as the example, finds out such prob-lems and makes some analysis, like management concepts backward, weak public service, community residents' low level civilization, lack of funds and culture and so on. While, based on the situation, the article put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, like, perfect rural community innovation management system, opti-mizes public resource, strengthen the development power and social education.
