中俄天然气合作的曲折历史、原因及对策

摘要

Sino-Russia natural gas cooperation has been through hardships because of the complex and diverse. This paper puts forward some suggestions by analysis these problems. At first, the paper explains the natural gas cooperation between China and Russia negotiations after a few twists and turns, from 1994 to 2014 ten years of ef-forts, China and Russia finally in 2014 signed cooperation agreement of the East; secondly, the paper has analyzed the reason of natural gas of negotiating tortuous. Finally, through the analysis the article put forwards corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.%中俄天然气合作历程艰辛, 原因复杂多样, 本文通过分析这些问题提出一些建议. 文章首先阐述中俄天然气合作谈判经过几番曲折, 从1994年到2014年十年的努力, 中俄终于在2014年签署东线合作协议; 其次, 文章对天然气谈判曲折的原因进行了分析; 最后, 通过分析提出相应对策和建议.
