体外人胃肠模拟系统的研究进展

摘要

人胃肠道系统对机体的营养与健康发挥重要作用，在对胃肠道功能作用的研究中一直面临伦理道德的挑战。体外胃肠道模拟系统的出现，极大地促进了胃肠道功能作用的研究。基于此，系统地介绍体外人胃肠道模拟系统的发展历程，对体外五相胃肠模拟系统的主要特点和优势进行分析，提出体外人胃肠模拟系统未来发展的挑战。%The human gastrointestinal system plays an important role in the nutrition and health of the body. In the study of the function of the gastrointestinal tract, it has been faced with the challenge of ethics and morality. The appearance of the simulation system of the gastrointestinal tract in vitro has greatly promoted the function of the gastrointestinal tract.
