采用火焰原子吸收法分析测定几种核桃仁中锌的含量，结果表明，相对标准偏差为1.47%，检出限为0.8mg/kg，回收率在91.8%~108.0%之间，满足国标要求，该方法操作简单，便捷，准确度高，适用于核桃仁中锌元素的含量测定。所测样品中锌的含量存在显著性差异。%Zinc content of different walnuts is determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Tdetermination of several walnuts zinc content, the results show that the relative standard deviation was 1.47%, the detection limit of 0.8 mg/kg, and the recovery between 91.8%and 108%., This method meets the requirement of national standard, the method and it is simple, convenient, accurate, suitable for the determination of zinc in walnuts.
