某台汽轮发电机联轴器不对中振动故障的诊断处理

         

摘要

The phenomenon of vibration beyond the standard is occurred during start up after maintenance of a 320 MW turbine generator.Based on eliminating the rub and impact on the exciter end of generator,it is pointed out that the cause for vibration fault of exciter is coupling misalignment of generator and exciter.According to the actual situation of higher temperature of turbine cylinder,the method is proposed for adjusting the coupling misalignment on site in barring.The vibration fault of exciter is eliminated in short time after implementation of the method.%某台320 MW汽轮发电机检修后在启动升速过程中发生了振动超标现象,在消除发电机励端碰磨的基础上,指出励磁机振动故障原因是发电机-励磁机联轴器不对中.根据汽轮机缸温度较高的实际情况,提出了盘车下现场校正联轴器不对中的方法,实施后短时间内消除了励磁机的振动故障.
