通过对深沟球轴承进行疲劳寿命试验,分析了润滑油中污染物对不同状态轴承(即开/闭式及内圈特殊表面是否进行氮化处理)寿命的影响,得到了该型号不同状态轴承在油污染环境下的使用寿命.结果表明:开式+内圈特殊表面未氮化处理轴承的试验寿命明显低于理论计算寿命L10,而闭式+内圈特殊表面氮化处理轴承的试验寿命远高于理论计算寿命L10.%The influences of contamination in lubrication oil on life of bearings under different conditions (open,sealed and inner ring with special surface nitriding treatment) are analyzed by fatigue life testing of deep groove ball bearings,then the life for bearings under different conditions are concluded.The results show that the testing life for open + inner ring without special surface nitriding treatment bearing is much lower than L10 life,and the testing life for sealed +inner ring with special surface nitriding treatment bearing is much higher than L10 life.
