Taking the angular contact ball bearings 708C with sputtering MoS2/Ti lubrication films as the object,the life tests are carried out under various axial load conditions in the atmospheric environment,and the effect of axial load on lubrication life of bearings is studied.The results indicate that the wear of inner ring groove and ball surface is more se-vere with the increase of axial load.However,the wear of side of inner raceway is reduced with the increase of axial load.The lubrication film of side of inner raceway is denser under axial load of 60 and 70 N.This may be related to de-crease of swing range along the axial of bearings in the process of operation due to increase of axial load.%以溅射MoS2/Ti润滑膜的708C角接触球轴承为对象,在大气环境下通过施加不同轴向载荷进行寿命试验,研究轴向载荷对轴承润滑寿命的影响。结果表明,内圈沟底和球表面的磨损程度随着轴向载荷的增大而加剧,但内沟道侧面的磨损程度随着轴向载荷的增加而减弱,特别是施加60和70 N轴向载荷时,内沟道侧面润滑膜仍然比较致密,这可能与轴向载荷增大使轴承在运转过程中沿轴向的摆动幅度减小有关。
