调心滚子轴承碗形保持架径向窜动量检测装置

摘要

In order to ensure good self-aligning property of the CC-type spherical roller bearing,a detector is de-signed to inspect and control the radial movement value of bowl-shaped cage.The application shows that the detector can control the radial movement value of the cage effectively,so as to ensure rotation accuracy and reduce operating noise of bearing.%为保证CC型调心滚子轴承良好的调心性，设计了可以检验和控制碗形保持架径向窜动量的检测装置。经使用证明，该检测装置能够有效控制保持架的径向窜动量，从而保证轴承的回转精度，降低轴承的运行噪声。
