陶瓷球坯模压成形模具的优化设计

摘要

分析陶瓷球坯现有模压成形工艺存在的模冲球窝深度浅、球坯环带大等不足，对压制模具进行优化改进，为便于脱模和提高陶瓷球坯的成品率，设计了脱模顶出机构，加大了上下模冲的球窝深度，使模压陶瓷球坯环带的宽度更窄，减小了陶瓷球坯的修磨量，提高了陶瓷球的性能和质量。%Preparation technology has been optimized in order to accomplish the purpose of near-net forming of green compact by die pressing.Mould is designed for the purpose of narrowing of toroidal strip in the central section.The re-sults showed that trimming of green compact ball could be greatly reduced.Production cost could be decreased while quality and performance of ceramic balls could be improved.
