轮毂轴承轴力测试系统的研发

摘要

介绍第1，2，3代轮毂轴承的实际装车状态，分析车轮螺栓锁紧轴力的理论影响因素，提出了构建轴力精确测试系统的要求。针对该要求讨论了4种测试方案，并在此基础上构建了轴力测试系统，以 H 型车前轮轴承为例，成功进行了轮毂轴承轴力的测试。%The actual installing condition of hub bearings from first generation to third generation is introduced.The in-fluence factor is analyzed for theory of locking axial force of wheel bolt,and the requirement is given out for building precision test system for axial force.Aiming at the requirements,four test schemes are discussed.On the basis,the test system for axial force is built.The axial force test is carried out successfully for front wheel bearings of H type car.
