外圈旋转航空轴承试验机机械结构设计

摘要

针对航空轴承外圈旋转、内圈静止的工况，通过使用ANSYS分析软件、轴承静刚度计算公式及FloXpress流体分析软件等工具，设计了一种特殊的航空轴承试验机机械结构，以验证航空轴承的性能、寿命及极限能力等特性。%This paper mainly designs a special aviation bearing test machine structure by using ANSYS analysis soft-ware,the static stiffness calculation formula and FloXpress fluid analysis software to verify the performance,life and ul-timate capacity etc of aviation bearings which work at the condition of outer ring rotation;inner ring static in the circum-ferential direction.
