国际规则对锂电池运输的特殊规定

摘要

由于锂电池的特殊性,在《联合国关于危险货物运输的建议书——规章范本》(简称《规章范本》)中作了很多特殊规定,对2011年第17版《规章范本》中的这些规定进行了解读,对容易引起异议的内容进行了剖析.%The UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations of United Nations--Model Regulations (abbr.as Model Regulations) had some special provisions because of the particularity of lithium battery. The special provisions in Model Regulations (Rev .17,2011) were explained, some contents which might cause dissidence were analyzed.
