用硝酸对石墨烯进行表面活化处理.通过XRD、SEM、BET比表面积分析、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等测试,分析硝酸处理对材料表面及电化学性能的影响.硝酸处理后,样品表面的羟基和羰基含量增加.改性石墨烯以0.1 A/g在1.5~4.2V循环,首次放电比容量为110.9 mAh/g,循环500次的容量保持率为95.22%.%The surface activation of graphene was carried out using nitric acid.Using the tests such as XRD,SEM,BET specific surface area analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),the effects of nitric acid treatment on the surface and electrochemical performance were analyzed.The content of hydroxyl and carbonyl groups on the surface of the sample after nitric acid treatment was increased.When cycled in 1.5-4.2 V with 0.1 A/g,the initial specific discharge capacity of modified graphene was 110.9 mAh/g,the capacity retention was 95.22% after 500 cycles.
