锂离子电池负极片剥离强度测试的影响因素

         

摘要

The peeling strength of negative plates for Li-ion battery was tested by the double-layer adhesive tape 180 ° peeling method.Effects of negative plates width,the data range of tensile,tensile speed of negative plates and the rolling numbers to test results were determined.The peeling strength of negative plates had good repeatability,high accuracy and the relative standard deviation of the testing results were less than 3 %,when negative plates width was 30 mm,the data range of tensile was 25-80 mm,the tensile speed in 100 mm/min of negative plates and the three times of rolling.%利用强力双面胶带180°剥离法,对锂离子电池负极片的剥离强度进行测试,研究极片宽度、拉伸距离数据范围、极片拉伸速度及辊压次数对测试结果的影响.当负极片宽度为30 mm、拉伸距离数据范围为25 ~ 80 mm、极片拉伸速度为100mm/min和辊压次数为3次时,测试负极片的剥离强度重复性好、准确度高,相对标准偏差小于3%.
