How to stimulate students' interest and promote their autonomous learning ability in learning human embryology is challenging for teachers, for human embryology, which lays a foundation for understanding clinical medicine, involves complicated dynamic process of morphogenesis and a number of the molecular mechanism. In order to meet the requirements of the training objectives in the Medical School, the embryological teaching content was modified, the flipped classroom was introduced, and "Class Cube" was used as a teaching assistant platform.%医学胚胎学是介绍人体形态发生、由无到有的学科,可以使医学生了解先天缺陷发生的本质,为临床医学的学习奠定基础.鉴于胚胎发生是一个动态过程,以往教师直接面向授课对象的单向教学形式容易造成学生倦怠,如何激发不同层次学生的学习兴趣和自主学习能力是教师面临的挑战.为适应长学制医学生培养目标的要求,需要对胚胎学的教学内容进行设置,通过引入翻转课堂的教学形式,并利用教学辅助平台,针对不同层次学生实施个性化教学研究,以促进学生的个性发展及综合能力的提高.
