高效抗疲劳磨削加工技术研究

         

摘要

By analyzing the grinding technology of difficult - to - machine materials in the aviation, the concept and importance of the high - efficient and anti - fatigue grinding machining technology were given.Combining with the key technology and the requirements of the modem grinding machining technology, the process of grinding of new technology and new craft was expounded.The surface integrity efficient grinding technology was proposed.The integrity of the workpiece surface was fulfilled while the optimized selection of grinding parameters was achieved.The efficient grinding was realized.The theoretical basis for the study of surface integrity high - efficient and anti -fatigue grinding method was provided.%通过对航空领域难加工材料磨削加工技术的分析,给出了高效抗疲劳磨削加工技术的概念和意义,并结合高效抗疲劳磨削中的关键技术,以及高效抗疲劳对现代磨削加工技术的要求,阐述了磨削加工过程中的新技术和新工艺,提出了表面完整性高效磨削技术:即在保证零件表面完整性的同时实现对磨削参数的优化选择,从而实现高效磨削,为表面完整性高效抗疲劳磨削方法的研究提供了理论依据.
