7050铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头组织特征研究

摘要

Microstructure analysis is a major research method to study the structure properties of different welding joint zones andweld defects. Aiming at the friction stir welding of 7050 aluminum alloy, the definitions to the microstructure of different weld zoneswas given. The microstructure of weld zones, grain sizes and precipitation strengthening phase distribution were analyzed. Apreferable foundation for comprehensive performance evaluations of the friction stir welding for the similar aluminum alloy wasprovided.%针对7050铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头,给出各组织特征区的定义,并对各特征区的组织状态、晶粒大小、沉淀强化相分布等进行深入的分析.为同材质的铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的综合性能评估提供更好的依据.
