基于表面完整性的航空盘环类件边缘处理工艺研究

     

摘要

通过针对自动倒角机的固定轴铣削、机械刷光、磨粒流、振动光饰的组合边缘处理加工工艺方法的研究,优化各类边缘数控无人干预加工工艺,关注零件边缘部位表面完整性指标控制,解决原始传统加工工艺导致加工过程中产生刀痕、划伤等表面缺陷的问题.本文针对航空发动机盘环类件边缘部位的倒圆、去毛刺以及抛光去除重熔层等开展基于表面完整性的加工工艺相关研究,提高航空发动机盘环类件的服役寿命.%By milling the fixed axis of automatic chamfering machine, mechanical brushing was carried out. The combined edge processing technology of abrasive flow and vibration lighting was researched. All kinds of edge numerical control technology were optimized. The control of the surface integrity index of the edge part was concerned. The problems of surface defects such as knife marks, scratches and other surface defects caused by the original traditional processing technology were solved. Aiming at the reverse circle, deburring, polishing and removing remelting of the edge parts of aeroengine disc ring parts, the service life of aero-engine disc ring were improved.
