提高不锈钢4Cr13淬火类零件加工效率研究

摘要

通过分析某4Cr13不锈钢淬火零件在加工过程中的难点以及存在的问题,提出了零件粗加工外形,半成品热处理,精加工时,以车代磨的加工方法.经过实践证明,方法解决了该零件加工质量及加工效率的问题,完全满足生产实际需求,可为类似零件的加工提供参考.%Based on analyzing the difficulties and the existing problems in the course of Machining hardening parts in stainless steel of 4Cr13, this paper introduces the methods of rough machining and semi-products heat treatment and turning instead of grinding in finish machining, which solves defective parts and ensure efficiency in practice, this methods can meet actual requirements, and the part quality is stable, in addition, it can fit for batch processing and provide a reference for other part machining.
