ISOFIX型儿童座椅正面碰撞台车试验的有限元仿真

     

摘要

A finite element (FE) model for ISOFIX child restraint system (CRS) is developed and by using the FE model for Hybrid Ⅲ 3-year-old child dummy, a FE model for the frontal crash sled test with ISOFIX CRS is set up. Based on the model a simulation is performed and the results of sled test and its simulation are compared in terms of kinematic behavior, head, chest and pelvis accelerations, and injury values of the dummy. Then the effectiveness of a top-tether force limiter is evaluated with FE model. It is found that the results of FE simulation agree well with that of sled test, and the injury values of the dummy are all below injury indicators. With a top-tether force limiter applied, the head forward displacement, though increases, is still far below its indicator value,while all other injury values reduce to different extents.%建立了ISOFIX型儿童座椅的有限元模型,并应用HybridⅢ3岁儿童假人有限元模型,建立了ISOFIX型儿童座椅正面碰撞台车试验的有限元模型,进行了仿真,对比分析了台车试验与有限元仿真的假人动态举动,头部、胸部和髋部的合成加速度波形及假人伤害值.接着用有限元模型对儿童座椅上拉带限力效果进行了评价.结果表明,有限元模型仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合,假人伤害值均在法规指标值以内.上拉带限力虽使头部最大前向移动量有所增加,但仍远小于指标值,且其他伤害值都有不同程度的降低.
