立姿假人实车碰撞试验的研究

             

摘要

在指出目前采用人体模块的行人保护法规试验方法的局限性之后,对立姿假人及其试验方法与装置进行了全面介绍.采用Polar立姿假人进行其实车碰撞试验,并根据试验结果进行假人的运动和伤害分析.结果表明,采用立姿假人的实车碰撞试验,可获得假人的整个运动过程,包括其轨迹、速度和加速度等运动参数,以及伤害程度,因而可为人体模块试验方法中运动参数和人体各部位伤害限值的确定,以及更深入的行人保护研究提供科学的依据.%After the limitation of test method using models for human-body components defined in current pedestrian protection regulations is pointed out, the standing pedestrian dummy, its impact test method and devices are thoroughly presented. By adopting ‘ Polar’ standing pedestrian duminy newly developed by Toyota motor company, its real ear impact test is conducted with its movement and injury analyzed based on test results. The results of analyses show that using standing pedestrian dummy in vehicle impact test, the complete moving process of dummy,including its motion parameters such as trajectory, velocity and acceleration as well as seriousness of injury can be obtained, thus providing a scientific base for defining the movement parameters and injury criteria of body component model in formulating pedestrian protection regulations and for deeper research on pedestrian protection.
