变速器壳体有限元分析中网格最优划分方法的研究

         

摘要

In view of the features of irregular shape and complex structure of transmission housing, the effects of different types and sizes of elements on the solving accuracy and economy in finite element analysis on the strength of transmission housing are comparatively analyzed. The results show that 3mm is the most reasonable size of basic element and under such a mesh density, the calculated result with high-order tetrahedron element is closer to theoretical solution;while for high stress-gradient region with refined mesh, the ideal element size is 1mm.%针对变速器壳体形状不规则,结构复杂的特点,进行了网格单元尺寸和类型对变速器壳体强度求解精度和经济性影响的对比分析。结果表明,3mm是最合理的基本单元尺寸;在此网格密度下,高阶四面体计算结果与理论解更接近,;而对于高应力梯度的加密区域,理想的单元尺寸是1mm。
