柴油机气缸盖结构参数多目标优化

         

摘要

To reduce the stresses in the fatigue-prone locations of cylinder head for extending its fatigue life, the stresses in three risk regions in cylinder head are selected as the objectives of optimization to study the effects of the structural parameters of cylinder head on the objectives based on finite element analysis and orthogonal design of experiment. The sensitivity analysis and screening of parameters are conducted, the regression equations of the quadratic response surface for the objectives and structural parameters are established, and a multi-objective op-timization is performed with genetic algorithm to obtain an optimal scheme of structural parameter combination.%为降低柴油机气缸盖易发生疲劳失效部位的应力水平,提高疲劳寿命,基于有限元分析,采用正交设计方法,选取缸盖3个危险部位的等效应力作为优化目标,研究缸盖结构参数对优化目标的影响,并进行参数的灵敏度分析和筛选。构建了目标值与结构参数的二次响应面回归方程。采用遗传算法进行多目标优化,得到最优的结构参数组合方案。
