The results of finite element analysis show that the connecting pipes in exhaust system,in parti-cular their lengths have a great influence on the acoustic performance of exhaust system,and the study on the mech-anism of that influence reveals that the main cause is the interaction between incident and reflected sound waves in the pipe,which affects the acoustic characteristics of the system,leading to significant changes in the transmission loss of exhaust system. On these bases,a simulation scheme is proposed to rapidly predict the overall acoustic per-formance of exhaust system consisting of mufflers connected by pipes. Finally,the scheme proposed is applied to the acoustic performance analysis of a production exhaust system and the test results verify its engineering adaptability of the scheme.%有限元分析结果表明,排气系统中的连接管道,尤其是其长度对系统整体声学性能有较大影响,而对该影响的机理研究发现,主要由于连接管道中入射与反射声波的相互作用影响了系统的声学特性,使排气系统传声损失产生较大变动.据此提出了一种可快速预测消声器用管路连接后整体声学性能的仿真方法.最后,将该方法应用于某量产排气系统的声学性能分析,试验结果验证了该方法的工程适用性.
