一种新型载货汽车后部防护装置的设计

     

摘要

根据某载货汽车后部防护装置不具有阻挡及缓冲吸能功能的缺点,设计了新型扩胀管式后防护装置,并根据GB11567.2-2001标准中关于汽车后下部防护装置的相关规定,利用LS-DYNA软件对新设计的防护装置进行了仿真分析及法规验证.结果表明,扩胀管在扩胀变形阶段状态稳定,吸能具有线性叠加特性,易于控制;改进后的后防护装置满足相关法规要求,其阻挡及吸能功能也有明显提高.%To solve the defect of rear underrun protective device of a truck which has no functions of blockage and damping and energy absorption, a new expansion tube type rear underrun protective device is designed, and simulative analysis and validation are carried out with LS -DYNA in accordance with related regulation of GB11567.2-2001 concerning vehicle rear underrun protection device. The results show that the expansion tube is stable in the expansion-deformation stage, and features linear overlap characteristic in energy absorption and easy to control; the modified rear underrun protection device satisfies requirement of relevant regulation, its functions of blockage and energy absorption are improved remarkably.
