基于模态方法的车门动态特性研究

         

摘要

The dynamic characteristic of a newly developed car door is studied based on a theoretical analysis and experimental medal analysis.By comparing the inherent frequency and vibration mede of theoretical mode and experimental mede of door, validity of the theoretical model is verified.By comprehensive consideration of excitation frequency of the vehicle and the possibility of frequency resonance between door and BIW, with the modal frequency of the car door is used as the optimization objective, and thickness of the components is used as the design variables, finally,the dynamic characteristic of the car door is optimized, which helps the inherent frequency of all orders avoid the vehicle excitation frequency and BIW inherent frequency while increasing small amount of mass and reducing sinkage of door.%基于理论和试验模态分析,对某新开发轿车车门进行了动态特性研究.通过对比车门理论模态和试验模态的固有频率和振型,验证了理论模型的正确性.综合考虑整车激励频率及车门和白车身共振可能性,以车门模态频率为优化目标,各板件厚度为设计变量,优化了车门的动态性能,使车门在增加少许质量和减少下沉量的同时,各阶固有频率值均较好地避开了整车激励频率和白车身固有频率.
