基于GT-Power仿真的2.0L汽油机动力性能分析与优化

             

摘要

利用GT-Power仿真工具建立了某2.0L汽油机性能仿真模型.并利用原机台架试验数据验证了该模型的正确性.分析了两阶段可变进气歧管长度和可变进气门正时方案对发动机性能的影响.并对原机进气歧管长度、配气相位、稳压腔容积和点火角等参数进行了优化.结果表明,优化后汽油机最大转矩从180 N·m提高到196.5 N·m,额定功率达到102kW,而油耗与原机基本保持一致.%The performance model of a 2.0L engine is established using GT-Power, and the effectiveness of this model is verified by using rig test data of the 2.0L engine. The effect of two-stage variable intake manifold length and variable intake valve timing plan on engine performance has been analyzed, and related parameters, including the intake manifold length, valve timing, intake chamber volume, and ignition angle, etc., are optimized in this work. The optimized results show that the engine performance has been improved significantly,with the largest torque increases to 196.5 N ·m from 180 N·m, and the rated power increases to 102 kW while the fuel consumption is almost kept unchanged.
