车门抗凹陷性能分析研究

摘要

According to test method of car door dent resistance, results of conventional dent resistance simulation analysis and improved simulation analysis are studied, and based on the data correlation of car door dent resistance test and two simulation analyses, more accurate dent resistance simulation analysis is investigated. The contrast with test results show that the improved simulation analysis is closer to test result, which accurately reflects the capability of exterior panel to withstand sunken deformation, in addition, such analysis can greatly reduce test cost and cycle.%根据车门抗凹陷性能的试验方法，研究了传统抗凹陷性仿真分析方式与改进后的仿真分析方式这两种分析结果，并基于车门抗凹陷性试验与两种仿真分析的数据相关性，寻求更加准确的抗凹陷性仿真分析方式。通过与试验结果对比表明，改进后的仿真分析方式与试验结果更接近，更能反映外覆盖件承受凹陷变形的能力，同时能够大大节约试验成本和时间。
