行人头型冲击器建模方法及标定试验分析

         

摘要

Based on regulation GTR9, geometric sizes of pedestrian headform impact were designed, and finite element model was established. The drop test and impact test have been made to the pedestrian headform with the FE model. Effect of some test parameters on simulation results has been carried out, the parameters which shall be controlled accurately during test were discussed. Simulation results were compared with headform impactor test data, which verified that the established headform impactor FE model used in simulation can satisfy regulation requirement.%根据GTR9法规要求,设计了行人头型冲击器的几何尺寸,建立了行人头型冲击器有限元模型。利用有限元模型对行人头型冲击器进行了跌落试验和冲击块冲击试验,研究了头型冲击器在冲击试验中各试验参数对仿真结果的影响,讨论了试验中应精确控制的参数。通过模拟计算结果与头型冲击器试验数据的对比,验证了所建头型冲击器有限元模型用于模拟仿真时能够满足法规要求。
