ISO26262标准下永磁同步电机故障对整车安全性的影响分析

     

摘要

对永磁同步电机的故障进行了详细分类,总结了各种故障带来的影响。基于CARsim整车仿真环境,设计了多种极限工况,对前轮两轮轮毂电机驱动汽车出现电机故障时的整车行为进行仿真分析,并基于ISO26262标准对永磁同步电机故障进行了汽车安全完整性等级评级工作,所得结论可为电机和整车控制器的设计与开发提供参考。%This paper classifies different PMSM failures, and summarizes the effect of such failures. Different extreme conditions are designed based on CARSim vehicle simulation environment, and the vehicle's operating behaviors are simulated and analyzed when motors of the front-wheel two in-wheel hub-motor driven vehicles fail, and automotive safety integrity level evaluation is made to failures of PMSM based on ISO26262 standard, the conclusions can provide reference to motor and vehicle controller design and development.
