重型载货汽车驾驶室自解锁翻转机构设计

         

摘要

The paper firstly introduces operating principle of using flexible shaft to unlock hydraulic turnover mechanism of heavy truck cab, then it points out the technical problems existing in this unlocking operation, and presents the self-unlocking solution for cab hydraulic turnover mechanism. The self-unlocking cylinder with turnover hydro-cylinder for heavy vehicle cab is designed, the design essentials of self unlocking cylinder are analyzed, and the design structure is described. Test verifies that the design of the self-unlocking turnover mechanism is easy to operate, and seldom malfunctions.%在介绍重型载货汽车驾驶室采用解锁软轴解锁的液压翻转系统工作原理基础上,指出了采用解锁软轴解锁液压翻转机构存在的技术问题,提出了采用自解锁驾驶室液压翻转机构的解决方案.设计了采用解锁油缸进行自动解锁的驾驶室翻转油缸装置,分析了自解锁油缸设计要点,并给出了设计结构.经试验验证可知,所设计的自解锁翻转机构操作简单,不易发生故障.
