集成式催化消声器三维声场仿真及试验研究

     

摘要

在有流速和无流速情况下,对某型号集成式催化消声器采用双负载法测量其传递损失,并与ACTRAN软件仿真结果进行对比分析.利用该软件对消声器结构进行优化,研究不同消声器结构参数(内插管孔数量、挡板上孔数量、内插管管径)对消声效果的影响并进行评价,声场分析结果对催化消声器的设计有一定指导作用.%The double load measurement was used to measure catalytic muffler's transmission loss with or without flow rate, and the measurement result was compared with the simulated result with ACTRAN software. This software was also used to optimize muffler structure, and investigate and assess the effect of different muffler structure parameters (number of holes on interior insert pipe, number of holes on baffle plate, diameter of interior insert pipe) on muffling, which shows that result of acoustic analysis can guide the design of catalytic muffler.
