带废气调节阀的可变几何涡轮增压器性能试验研究

         

摘要

基于增压器性能试验台,对带废气调节阀的可变几何截面涡轮增压器(VGT)进行性能试验,得到不同VGT叶片开度的涡轮流通特性、废气调节阀调节特性及压气机流量特性曲线.结果表明,随着VGT叶片开度的增大,涡轮流通能力增大;废气调节阀在开启角度5°~15°调节时,涡轮增压器转速迅速下降,调节能力较强,但开启角度超过20°时转速基本不变,其调节能力达到极限;压气机最大折合流量达到0.31 kg/ s,最高压比达到2.98,不同转速下的最高效率均在71%以上.%The performance tests on the Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) with an exhaust adjusting valve were carried out at turbocharger test bed.The turbine characteristic maps of the VGT blade different opening degree,the adjusting characteristic map of the exhaust adjusting valve and the compressor characteristic maps were obtained.Research results show that with the increase of VGT blade openings,the turbine flow increases gradually;when the exhaust adjusting valve open degree varies from 5° to 15°,the speed of the turbocharger decreases rapidly,and it had a high regulating ability.But when the exhaust adjusting valve opening is larger than 20°,the turbocharger speed is basically unchanged,and exhaust adjusting valve reaches the limit value of the regulating ability.Furthermore,the maximum flow of compressor is 0.31kg/s and the maximum compression ratio is 2.98,and the maximum efficiency at different speeds is above 0.71.
