新型DCT典型故障的诊断策略研究

摘要

In this paper,a new Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) which broke down frequently was analyzed.The present situation of DCT failure diagnosis methods through rig test both in China and abroad was introduced.In consideration of blind spot of vehicle fault self-diagnosis system,three typical faults,i.e.clutch slip,shift solenoid valve fault and oil source low pressure,etc.,were researched,and fault diagnosis strategies were developed respectively,Simulink/ Stateflow diagnosis model was built with computer software.Vehicle Simulink model containing fault diagnosis system was constructed and verified via simulation,then the results proved feasibility of this fault diagnosis strategies.%针对一款新型DCT分析其高发故障.介绍了国内外台架试验故障诊断方法的现状,并鉴于汽车故障自诊断系统的盲区,选取离合器打滑、换挡电磁阀故障和油源低压故障这3种典型故障进行重点研究,分别制定故障诊断策略,而且借助计算机软件建立Simulink/Stateflow诊断模型.建立包含故障诊断系统的整车Simulink模型并进行仿真验证,结果表明故障诊断策略可行.
