电炉随钢流加料系统的实践与应用

         

摘要

This article describes unique design for EAF rear steel flow alloy charging system ,i.e. Charge alloy into steel flow during tapping period. This home-grown technology greatly improved metallurgy effectiveness .The statistics showed that reduction efficiency of LF slag forming was improved significantly,attainment rate for element control increased by 8.5%, metal recovery rate increased by 2.52%,and LF melting time decreased by 5-7 minutes, in the meantime avoided vessel bottom alloy stick . Eventually this technology improved smelting efficiency ,and released LF potential output capacity .%本文主要介绍通过作者自主研发设计的独特的电炉炉后随钢流加料系统,实现在电炉出钢过程中随钢流加合金料,大大改善冶金了效果。经统计结果表明,LF炉造渣还原效率明显好转,成分控制达标率升高8.5%,金属回收率提高2.52%,LF冶炼时间缩短5-7分钟,杜绝合金粘包底现象产生,最终提高了冶炼效率,释放LF产能。
