E-MA-GMA改善PC／PBT共混体系相容性的研究

摘要

采用E-MA-GMA改性剂AX-8900作为相容改性剂，研究其用量对PC/PBT合金的结构及性能的影响。试验发现：当其添加量在3phr时综合性能最佳，而不含MA的AX-8840与其相比容易出现分层、起皮等相容性不良现象，通过DSC、SEM手段也验证了AX-8900在一定添加量时可改善体系的相容性。%Selecting E-MA-GMA (AX-8900) as compatibility modifier,the influence of its dosage on the structure and properties of PC/PBT was studied.The results show that:the comprehensive performance of the alloy was the best when its dosage was 3 phr,but AX-8840 shows poor compatibility,such as peeling,layered,etc.AX-8900 with a certain dosage can improve the compatibility of system is veri-fied by means of DSC,SEM.
