某型汽车门护板强度及刚度有限元分析

摘要

In order to investigate the strength and rigidity of the car door panel,the finite element model of the door panel was estab-lished,and the simulation results were contrasted with the permissible values.Based on these,structural improvement and design optimiza-tion were made.So the design accuracy is improved,late production rectification is avoided.%为考察汽车门护板的强度和刚度特性，建立门护板的有限元模型进行仿真分析，并将分析结果与标准允许值进行对比，据此进行结构改进及设计优化，从而提升理论设计的准确性，避免后期的生产整改。
