基于数字化分析技术的进气系统性能研究

         

摘要

运用数字化仿真分析技术开展了发动机进气系统气动性能及声学性能的研究.以某款车型的进气系统设计为例,利用 HyperMesh软件建立进气系统有限元网格模型,采用Star CCM + 和Virtual. lab软件对进气系统的气动及声学性能进行预测.结合空滤台架试验及整车NVH测试验证,通过在空滤上集成赫姆霍兹谐振腔及波长管等消声元件来提高进气系统的消声性能.结果表明: 通过数字化分析技术进行精细化、集成化的结构设计可以有效地预测进气系统的气动性能和声学性能; 优化后的进气系统消声量全转速范围内总声压级降低超过20dB,进气口噪声满足整车目标要求.%Digital simulation analysis technology was used to study aerodynamic performance and acoustic properties of air intake system (AIS)of engine. Taking the AIS design of a certain vehicle as an example, the finite element model was established by using the soft of HyperMesh, aerodynamic performance and acoustic performance of the AIS were predicted by using Star CCM + and Virtual. lab. Combining with air filter bench test and vehicle NVH test, the air filter box of the AIS was integrated silencing elements such as Helmholtz resonator and 1 /4 wavelength tube to improve acoustic performance. The results show that the aerodynamic performance and acoustic performance of the AIS can be predicted effectively by means of digital simulation analysis. The total sound pressure level of the air intake system is reduced by more than 20dB, and the air inlet noise meets the target requirements of the vehicle.
