针对气动控制阀的仪表气源管路种类多,耗气因素比较复杂的状况,根据气动控制阀的原理和各组成附件的结构特点,对实际工程选用的控制阀气路进行分析,并提出了控制阀的耗气量计算方法及阀门自带储气罐的选择方法,便于设计中更详细地提出仪表空气的消耗量,从而保证仪表空压站的经济合理性,提高设计水平.%Aim to complicated pipe types of instrument air source for pneumatic control valve,and working condition of complex air consumption factors,combining the investigation of air loop of pneumatic control valve in actual project,a approach of air consumption calculation of pneumatic control valve and selection of valve equipped with gas tank is proposed according to principle of pneumatic control valve and construction features of accessory,to calculate detailed air consumption of instrument during design easily,to guarantee reasonable economy for instrument air compress station,and to improve design technology.
