基于模糊PID的博物馆展柜湿度控制系统

         

摘要

Humidity control system in museum independent display case with STM32 F103 ZET6 as microcontroller has the characteristics of non-linearity, time-variability, time-delay and vulnerability to external interference, conventional PID is difficult to be applied. The fuzzy PID control algorithm combining fuzzy control and conventional PID is adopted. The algorithm takes the error and the error rate between the current value of the system outlet humidity and the target value as input, and the variation of P, I and D as output, realizing the real-time parameters setting of PID control. Simulation analysis shows that the algorithm is superior to conventional PID in micro-overshoot, response speed and anti-interference. The experimental results show that the overshoot of the algorithm is lower than that of the conventional PID control algorithm under multiple humidity control target values and the response speed is faster.This algorithm has the characteristics of small overshoot, fast response and strong robustness, and is suitable for humidity control in museum cabinets.%博物馆独立展柜内的湿度控制系统以STM32F103ZET6为微控制器, 具有非线性、时变性、时滞性和易受外界干扰的特点, 常规PID难以适用.采用了模糊控制和常规PID相结合的模糊PID控制算法.该算法以系统出气口相对湿度当前值与目标值的误差、误差变化率为输入, 以P, I, D参数的变化量为输出, 实现了对PID控制的实时参数整定.经仿真分析, 该算法在微超调量、响应速度和抗干扰性上均优于常规PID.实测结果表明, 该算法在多个控湿目标值下的超调量均低于常规PID控制算法, 且响应速度较快;具有超调量小、响应速度快、鲁棒性强的特点, 适用于博物馆展柜中的湿度控制.
