相较于传统的以单片机或工业计算机为核心的立体车库电动机控制策略,克服了其驱动生硬、效率低下的劣势.以巷道堆垛式立体车库为例,采用PLC作为控制系统的核心单元;利用矢量变频器转速与力矩分别控制的优势;引入"d-q轴理论",对驱动电流实施区分控制,并形成转速与力矩的双闭环反馈;进而PLC做出相应的控制变换,以指导相关变频器的工作,使搬运过程能够根据负载重量的大小随时改变搬运速度与转矩.研究表明,该控制策略实现了系统搬运机构的平稳运行,保障了车库的安全性与时效性;电动机根据负载的不同变换转速与力矩同时保证了用电机械的经济运行.%In order to overcome the disadvantages of hard drive and low efficiency of the traditional motor control strategy based on single chip microcomputer or industrial computer in intelligent stereo garage, PLC is used as the core unit of the control system in the roadway stacked garage.Vector inverter is also used in the system due to its advantages of separate control of speed and torque.According to the"d-q axis theory", the system implements the differential control of the drive current and forms the double closed-loop feedback of the speed and torque.Then the PLC makes the corresponding control transformation to guide the work of the relevant inverter, so that the inverter can change the conveying speed and torque at any time according to the weight of the load.
