基于MC9S08单片机的挖掘机测速仪表的设计

摘要

介绍了飞思卡尔MC9S08系列单片机的主要性能特点,给出了MC9S08QG8单片机在挖掘机测速仪表中的应用方法,并就测速仪表的组成、结构、测量原理、算法、软硬件设计作了详细的论述,经实验和实际应用证明了该测速仪表具有精度高、抗干扰能力强、工作稳定性好、性价比高的特点,已在贵州詹阳动力重工有限公司生产的某型挖掘机上装车使用.%This paper introduces some main performance characteristics of the freescale's MC9S08 series microcontroller, gives an application method using MC9S08QG8 single chip microcontroller on the speed meter for excavator, and expounds the composition,structure,measuring principle,arithmetic,software and hardware design of speed meter in detail. Experiments and applications shows that speed meter has advantages of high precision,strong anti-interference ability,good stability,and cost-effective. It has been used for a type of excavator manufactured in Guizhou Jonyang Kinetics Co., Ltd of China.
