基于PLC的压风机模糊控制系统设计

             

摘要

In order to improve the automation level of coal mine air compressor, and automatically control the number of working air compressor in accordance with air pressure, this paper introduces the application of fuzzy control algorithm to establishing an automatic control system of air compressor.It adopts SIEMENS PLC as the core of control system,monitoring、controlling and managing the running process of air compressor and other equipments.The WinCC is used for configuration in upper computer interface, which can modify the parameter and display the varieties of the parameters,and realize remote control.The practice has proved that the system performance is reliable ,and maintenance is convenient, which improves the productivity efficiency of coal mine impressively.%为了提高煤矿压风机自动化程度,根据风包压力自动控制压风机启动台数,介绍了应用模糊控制算法建立一套压风机自动控制系统的方法.采用西门子PLC作为控制系统的核心,对压风机及各设备的运行过程进行检测、控制和管理.上位机采用Wincc组态界面,实现对参数的显示和修改,并可进行远程控制.实践证明该系统运行平稳、维护方便、提高了煤矿生产效率.
