总线适配器在天然气长输管线中的应用

     

摘要

为提高天然气长输管线中监控数据和控制数据的可靠性和实时性,提出一种基于CAN总线和Modbus/TCP总线远程监控系统设计方案.文中以ATMEL公司的32位微处理器AT91SAM9M10为核心,以嵌入式Linux操作系统为载体,设计了一种Modbus/TCP-CAN总线适配器,并详细介绍了该总线适配器各组成部分的硬件结构及软件流程.该总线适配器已成功应用于中石油天然气长输管线某站的阀室中,实现了Modbus/TCP协议和CAN总线协议互联的有效解决方案.%In order to improve the reliability and real-time performance of the monitoring data and control data on natural gas in the long distance pipeline,a design scheme was proposed based on CAN bus and Modbus/TCP bus remote monitoring system. With the 32 bit microprocessor AT91SAM9M10 of ATMEL company as the core,embedded Linux operating system as the carrier,a kind of Modbus/TCP-CAN bus adapter was designed and the hardware structure and software processes of each components of the adapter were introduced in details. The bus adapter has been successfully used in some station of natural gas in the long distance pipeline of CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation),which has effectively connected the ModbusATCP protocol and CAN bus agreement.
