基于SCL的黄酒发酵温度控制系统设计与应用

     

摘要

The control system of temperature for rice wine fermentation was a nonlinear and time-varying systems. Introducing fuzzy PID control into the temperature control system of traditional rice wine can realize the intelligent control of temperature. In order to realize the intelligent control in the Siemens PLC,the structured control language of SCL which was provided by SIMATIC 300PLC and was used to write the Fuzzy PID control algorithm. It's not only to realize the control scheme,but also improve the control effect. The running results show that the system can control the temperature placidly,and it have a good ability of anti-disturbance.%黄酒发酵温度控制系统是一个非线性、时变系统,将模糊PID引入传统的黄酒温度控制系统,实现了温度的智能控制.为了在西门子PLC上实现此智能控制,利用SIMATIC300PLC提供的结构化控制语言SCL,编写模糊PID控制算法,不仅实现了控制方案,而且改善了控制效果.运行结果表明,系统能够平稳地控制温度,有较好的抗扰动能力.
