基于嵌入式技术的智能人工呼吸床系统研发

     

摘要

针对一期智能人工呼吸床存在的电磁干扰严重、PC架构笨拙等缺点,研发了基于嵌入式技术的二期智能人工呼吸床控制系统.硬件上,采用上、下位体系结构,以ARM11触摸屏系统作为上位控制器,固高数字高精度运动控制系统作为下位控制器,驱动低干扰交流无刷电机;软件上,采用多线程技术、串口通讯技术,嵌入多算法融合模型预测呼吸时间序列,实现智能人工呼吸床与呼吸同步精确控制目的.临床试验结果表明,二期智能人工呼吸床能实现更加精确、高效的同步控制,辅助通气效果显著.%According to serious electromagnetic interference and disadvantages of applied PC architecture of intelligent mechanical ventilation bed in the first phase,the intelligent mechanical ventilation bed in the second phase was developed based on embedded technology. The hardware architecture was comprised of two parts,the top part controller was ARM 11 touch screen system and the bottom part was digital high precision motion controller to drive low interference AC brushless motor. Many software technologies,such as multithreading technology,serial communications technology,were adopted in this system,with Multi-algorithms fusion model to predict time series,to achieve intelligent mechanical ventilation bed to synchronize with breathing accurately. Clinical test results show that the second phase intelligent mechanical ventilation bed can achieve synchronization more precisely and more efficiently,and assisted ventilation effect was remarkable.
