基于Zigbee的电解槽温度智能控制系统设计与实现

             

摘要

An approach based on Zigbee technology for real-time monitoring the electrobath's temperature and intelligent control was described in this paper. This system adopted texas instruments(TI)CC2530 chip as the processor,u-tilized the temperature sensor-DS18B20 for collecting the electrobath's temperature. The data was transmitted via Zigbee network and the process accomplished the intelligentize control by Fuzzy-control algorithms. Actual running result shows that the design was low in cost,simple in technology and easy to expand. The quality of electroanalysis was distinct improvement and economical.%文中介绍了一种基于Zigbee技术的电解槽温度实时采集与智能控制系统.该系统选用TI公司CC2530芯片作为处理器,利用DS18B20温度传感器实现温度采集,并通过Zigbee网络实现数据传输,最后利用模糊控制算法实现对电解槽温度的智能控制.运行结果表明,该系统可以进行扩展、成本低、易于实现,能够有效地提高电解质量,达到节能高效的目的.
