For most of the system be used performance testing of shells,its performance parameters will be gradually reduced in the course of use and storage,and it is hard to description the impact under the high overload when using penetration.To solve this problem,a kind of design program is put forward based on ANSYS for the reliability under high overload test system.The high-g stress simulation was carried out by ANSYS,and the reliability of the system was studied by judging the compatibility of prior information and posteriori information.The test proved that the system is stable and reliable,and it is suitable for the reliability of the test system under high overload impact.%针对大多数炮弹性能参数测试系统存在的使用与贮存过程中性能参数逐渐退化,使用时能否经受住侵彻时高过载冲击等问题,该文提出了一种基于ANSYS的高过载冲击下测试系统可靠性设计方案.利用ANSYS进行高g值受力仿真,同时通过判断验前信息与验后信息的相容性对系统可靠性进行研究.试验表明系统稳定可靠,该方案适用于高过载冲击下测试系统的可靠性研究.
