基于SAMDE整定PI的中频感应加热温度控制系统

         

摘要

为了降低工件在热加工过程中出现的不良因素干扰系统稳定运行,而导致控制系统中温度精度有所下降这一影响.该文提出了基于个体适应度参数的自适应差分进化(SAMDE)整定PI算法,设计了基于该算法的中频感应加热智能温度控制系统,运用Matlab语言编写控制系统SAMDE整定PI控制算法,并对SAMDE整定PI控制算法与常规PID控制算法的控制效果进行了对比仿真.结果表明,与常规PID控制相比,SAMDE整定PI控制算法表现出具有良好的控制品质特性(自适应性强、鲁棒性高等),它不仅提高了中频感应加热设备温度控制的控制精度,而且还较容易实现对控制系统的温度进行在线参数校正,满足现场设备实时地对温度控制的要求,具有重大的工程实际研究价值.%In order to reduce the adverse factors in the thermal processing of the workpiece and interfere with the stable operation of the system,the temperature accuracy of the control system has been reduced.In this paper,an adaptive differential evolution(SAMDE) tuning PI algorithm based on individual fitness parameters is proposed,and an intelligent temperature control system of induction heating based on this algorithm is designed,using Matlab language to write the control system SAMDE tuning PI control algorithm,and the SAMDE tuning PI control algorithm,the control effect of the conventional PID control algorithm is compared and simulated.The results show that compared with the conventional PID control,SAMDE tuning PI control algorithm shows that it has good control quality characteristics(strong adaptability,robustness,etc.) it not only improves the control precision of medium frequency induction heating equipment temperature control,but also easy to implement on the temperature control system for online correction,meet site equipment real-time requirements for temperature control,it has great practical value to study.
