基于DOE的PCB集成化RFID标签读取参数优化研究

         

摘要

PCB集成化RFID电子标签在实际应用时的最大读取率受多种因素的影响,为了快速找到复杂环境下RFID电子标签最优的读取参数,该文运用DOE进行试验设计并进行相关测试,选取垂直高度、发射功率及水平角度为主要研究因子,进行三因子三水平正交试验,并用Minitab软件对其进行分析,以寻找试验指标RSSI的最大值.结果表明,试验获得的最优参数组合为标签距离天线的垂直高度为10 cm、阅读器发射功率为30 dBm、标签偏移中心水平角度为20°.该方法可通过较少的试验次数和较低的成本获得最优读取参数,为RFID系统在实际部署时提供参考.%The maximum reading rate of the PCB integrated RFID electric tags is affected by a number of factors in the practical application.In order to find the optimal parameters of RFID electronic tags in complex environments against time,using DOE to take the experiment design and relevant tests of specific RFID electronic tags.Selecting the vertical height,transmitted power and offset angle as the main factors,with the software of Minitab,the three factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment were done to find the best received signal strength which is called RSSI.The results show that the optimal combination of experiments is 10cm,30dBm,20°.This method can obtain the optimal read parameters by fewer trials and costs,and provide a reference for the RFID system in the actual deployment.
